Returns & Adjustments
Because each SKAD piece is made-to-order, returns are limited — yet we stand by our craftsmanship.
Eligible
- Manufacturing defects (within 7 days of delivery) → repair/replacement
- Sizing adjustments (first resize within 30 days) → complimentary for 1 size up/down where feasible
- Non-engraved, unworn standard items (if specifically marked as returnable) → request within 7 days of delivery
Not Eligible
- Custom/bespoke pieces with unique CAD approval
- Engraved or personalized items
- Items showing wear, damage, or unauthorized alterations

Receive RMA & Instructions
Receive Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and insured pickup instructions.
Inspection & Resolution
Inspection takes 2–4 working days. You'll receive a resolution update.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days after inspection.
