Returns & Adjustments

Because each SKAD piece is made-to-order, returns are limited — yet we stand by our craftsmanship.

Eligible

  • Manufacturing defects (within 7 days of delivery) → repair/replacement
  • Sizing adjustments (first resize within 30 days) → complimentary for 1 size up/down where feasible
  • Non-engraved, unworn standard items (if specifically marked as returnable) → request within 7 days of delivery

Not Eligible

  • Custom/bespoke pieces with unique CAD approval
  • Engraved or personalized items
  • Items showing wear, damage, or unauthorized alterations

Receive Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and insured pickup instructions.
